International Valve Receives Another Certification

International Valve is proud to announce yet another certification. This time, the company is now certified to NSF/ANSI 372 by Underwriters Laboratories. This standard establishes and verifies product compliance with a maximum weighted average lead content requirement of 0.25 percent, which is required by the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act. This NSF certification ensures that IVM products meet all mandatory requirements across the country, as a third party certification of lead content is required by many jurisdictions. Vent-Tech air/vacuum valves are also entirely made in the USA at their ISO 9001:2015 facility in Sugar Grove, Illinois. Their potable water valves have also been certified by Underwriters Laboratories to be NSF/ANSI-61 compliant.
