Project Overview
The Bois d’Arc Lake Raw Water Pipeline is a 90-inch diameter, 35-mile-long transmission line that transports untreated water from Bois d’Arc Lake to the Leonard Water Treatment Plant. Developed to support the growing water demands of North Texas, the project is part of a historic regional effort to expand water infrastructure capacity. With the ability to deliver up to 236 million gallons of raw water per day, the pipeline plays a vital role in securing long-term supply reliability for the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD).
