International Valve Sewer Valves
Model SWG
The Vent-Tech Model SWG sewer valve combines thirteen years of manufacturing experience with advanced Patent Pending flow designs. The Model SWG was engineered to expand and improve the technological advances of the flat float air/vacuum valve.
Model SZG
The Vent-Tech model SZG sewer valves are air release and vacuum break valves designed to provide surge protection and seal at zero hydraulic head (i.e. no reliance on a minimum pipeline pressure to achieve seal). If the HGL is expected to be consistently maintained above 3 psi then use a Model SWG valve, otherwise we recommend specifying the SZG.
Model SXG
The Vent-Tech Model SXG sewer valve combines all the features of our recent CARV designs, including superior sealing abilities and adequate compression ratio, with an innovative space saving float configuration. The design was optimized to enable its compact profile to be an excellent candidate for the replacement of failed cast-iron ball/lever type valves. The shorter design reduced the vacuum flow rating by ~15% compared to our full height SWG models, but given the SWG's exceptionally high flow, it is a small price to pay if space is a priority.
Model SSG
The Vent-Tech Model SSG sewer valve is essentially a shorter version of the Model SWG air/vacuum relief valve, but with improved flow performance, less weight and better self-cleaning. In applications where clearance height is ample or valve weight is not a factor, specify the Model SWG valve, otherwise we recommend specifying the Model SSG.
Model SDG
The Vent-Tech Model SDG sewer valve is essentially a shorter version of the zero pressure sealing Model SZG combination air/vacuum relief valve. In low pressure applications where clearance height is ample, specify the Model SZG valve, otherwise we recommend specifying the Model SDG.
